Monica Russell graduated from Weber State University in Elementary Education. She also completed her master's degree in Education Leadership. She is beginning her 24th year teaching. Monica has taught 5th and 6th grade. She currently teaches 6th grade.

Monica was raised in Morgan, so she is not only a teacher here, but was also a student in the Morgan School District. Monica and her husband Ben have two children, two additional children through marriage of their children, and three grandchildren. Monica enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
