Kelsey Chappel has worked in the district as a paraprofessional in special education for four years. This is her first year as a special education teacher. Kelsey is working towards her bachelor's degree in special education and will graduate from Weber State University in the spring of 2023.

Kelsey loves spending time with her family outdoors. They love to go camping, hiking, and horseback riding. Kelsey has been married for five years, and currently has a two-year-old son and a daughter who is due in December of 2022.
